Packing up your order will take up to 3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of bank holidays during which our office is closed.
Our standard shipping option has a transit time of 4-6 business days after your parcel reaches the Post Office.
If you need a rush shipping option:
BEFORE placing your order please call us at 877-863-4795 and ask for Shannon. She will assist you with applying the rush shipping to your online order.
Parcels leave our warehouse at the end of the day.
You will receive an email alert when the shipping team has generated a shipping label. After that, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to update on the carrier website.
Due to the high volume of orders we ship, we are not able to hand-deliver parcels to the carrier and all parcels will picked up by the carrier at our normal pickup times.
If an item you have ordered is delayed to to inventory issues, we will ship the rest of your order and then when the item becomes available we will ship that item separately.
